Board24 is the UK’s largest supplier of corrugated sheet board to sheet plants. With three dedicated sheet feeding facilities and five corrugators. We work with your business to ensure you have the stock levels you need, to maintain efficient supply chains.
Our sustainable* corrugated board is supplied to the sheet plant industry where it is transformed from flat sheet board to a form of packaging through a process of printing, die-cutting, folding and gluing.

Choice
We are committed to offering our customers a reliable, flexible and efficient service, combined with the facility to offer a wide range of board grade and flute profiles.
Flutes Available: B, C, E, M, MB, BC, EB
With an extensive portfolio of single or double wall sheets, eight flute types and a wide selection of paper types, we endeavour to meet any challenge you set us. We can offer our customers any board grade that is achievable with the papers that we stock, subject to a minimum order quantity.

Quality
We are committed to offering our customers a reliable, flexible and efficient service, combined with the facility to offer a wide range of board grade and flute profiles.
We check our board at every stage of the process. We check the paper quality, the tension, the heat, the starch, the scoring, the slitting, the stacking and the palletising when it comes off the production line. The last check takes place as your board is loaded for delivery.

Whether you are based in the south of England, north of Scotland, Northern Ireland or anywhere in-between, we work with your business to ensure you have the stock levels you need, to maintain efficient supply chains
We deliver nationally and have a reliable planned delivery service on regular routes to most parts of the country by our contracted professional and efficient hauliers. Timed deliveries are accepted by prior agreement.
We manufacture, palletise and deliver orders typically within 24 hours. We deliver the bulk of our board on two pallet sizes, 1.2m x 1.0m and 1.2m x 0.8m, which you can re-use for your own deliveries at no extra cost.

Through our test laboratory, we work in partnership with our customers to optimise board performance to the required specification.
