In August 2022, the Board24 team was delighted to welcome Judith Chadwick as Head of HR.
Bringing with her extensive experience in the HR profession Judith has worked in senior roles for over 26 years. She joined the Board24 team to help the business deliver its strategic, people focused aims as part of its ongoing growth ambitions.
Judith has worked as a HR leader in many industries including manufacturing, housing and construction, retail, and customer services. Preferring to work with medium sized organisations such as Board24, she enjoys being able to make a difference through leading the people strategy, coaching, and advising managers, and improving the working environment at Board24 for colleagues.
“It’s been an exciting start, with lots of projects implemented, and a key focus of enabling our leaders to be better at leading and developing colleagues, weaved into all our operational and strategic activities,” said Judith.
Already, Judith has developed the Board24 People Strategy and is leading the HR Team in close liaison with the Senior Leadership Team and all managers. Other projects which are already underway include improving the Board24 employer brand; implementing a Board24 Leadership Development programme for current leaders and for aspiring leaders; improving internal communication with regular updates; and recruiting more apprentices in those hard to fill roles as well as offering apprenticeships as development opportunities for current colleagues.

Outside of work, Judith enjoys the social side and getting involved with activities in her local village. She makes the most of the nearby countryside with walking and cycling (only in the good weather). She also has 3 cats and is a self-confessed chocoholic.
