Partnership Approach Proves Fruitful for Print Progression

Strong partnerships have proved crucial for development and progression of Cases24. Renowned for progressing quality standards and print appearance, Waldo found the ideal ally.

The result of the four year partnership has enabled Cases24 to grow and make significant improvements to benefit their customers.

Cases24 are always looking to progress their print capability and call for suppliers to match their ambitions. As customers have become more aware of Cases24 improved print capability, they are requiring more detailed and demanding presentation for their cases.

Since the inception of the company in 1984, Waldo has always strived to build lasting partnerships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and eventually exceeded. With 34 employees and turning over a healthy £3 million, naturally the business is looking to grow with existing customers. This has been achieved through consistent reinvestment, continually adapting to move forward with the latest technology.

Retaining an open mind to new technology, the Cases24 team have embraced the recommended changes from Waldo, with the customers ultimately benefitting.

Waldo not only supplies Cases24 they also supply other businesses within the Logson group, something they hope to develop further.

Paul Elliott, Cases24 Conversion Manager, highlights some of the key benefits that have been made as a result of working with Waldo; “Waldo offer various plate types to give the best results on press, digital platemaking and the latest mounting technology has helped to reduce down time during stereo set up, alterations to plate thickness vastly improved print quality and dedicated account handler to manage the quick turnaround of artworks, quotes and stereos.
