Board24 is thrilled to announce that once again the Larkhall site has achieved an AA grade BRC accreditation in their latest audit, following in the Preston and Coalville sites footsteps after they both also achieved AA grades.
British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Packaging and Packaging Materials Certification is designed to demonstrate compliance in hazard and risk management, hygiene, product safety and quality systems. The accreditation requires a detailed assessment of the site, including all the hazard and risk areas
BRC Global Standards is a leading brand and consumer protection organisation, used by over 27,000 certificated suppliers in over 130 countries, with certification issued through a global network of accredited certification bodies. Their auditing processes and certification schemes are the most rigorous in the world. They are a benchmark for excellence and a beacon of quality and trust across the consumer product value chain. Achieving the highest grade from their audit is a great honour and we’re proud to meet their high standards.
Steven Kennedy, Production Manager, based at Board24 Larkhall, commented on their latest achievement; “This is an excellent achievement once again for the Larkhall plant and business. It demonstrates a great team effort, with special thanks to Gordon King and the auditing team”.
