Staff Profile – Ronnie Stephens

In the latest instalment of our Staff Profile series, we spoke to Ronnie Stephens about her role in the Coalville Customer Service Team. Ronnie is a bubbly Customer Service Administrator, who enjoys working with customers.

Ronnie was with the company for about five years before she left, returning in 2015 after a 12-year break. Prior to her time at Board24 she was a Manager at Victoria Wines for nearly 10 years and also worked in sales at a lace factory, imports and exports, along with PPI Completions Consultant.

Key responsibilities consist of ordering processing, resolving customer queries, setting up new cases spec which requires artwork requests and approvals. She also liaises with the dispatch team to track deliveries for customers.  Like most of the customer services team, she particularly likes the day-to-day contact with her customers, she has a great rapport with customers, and will do whatever she can to help customers.

Ronnie has fond memories of being at Board24, most of which include a tipple or two with the ladies; “I have many memories but most of all I love our girlie get togethers and love the Christmas parties we all have.” This is not surprising as her favourite part about working at Board24 is being part of a great team and a supportive company.

Ronnie has a love for painting and decorating, much to the amusement of the rest of the office, there is always a room that is having a ‘freshen up’, good thing she recently moved to a new house to keep her busy through lockdown. Although she may have needed to move house to accommodate her ever growing shoe collection, most of which come with a matching handbag – she is only admitting to 50 pairs!

Ronnie is very sociable so loves taking advantage of her free time by catching up with friends and getting in some much-loved family time, especially spent with her partner and 11 grandchildren.
