Donations Target Exceeded For Homeless Charity
Logson Group Health and Safety Manager, Mark Ryan has been arranging charity events to raise money for charity during his time in lockdown.

Bardon Eagles Safe Return
Board24 have sponsored local youth football team Bardon Eagles for two years and after last season was cut short due to Covid-19, we are pleased to announce Board24 have agreed to sponsor them for another year. Not only that, but Board24 have agreed to donate the much needed sanitiser and sanitising equipment to ensure that they can return to their training as safely as possible.

Exciting Charity Book Donation
During our time in lockdown, some have tried to discover new ways of keeping themselves entertained. Whether it is learning a new skill, getting fit, or competing to see how many cookies you can fit inside your mouth at once. One member of the Board24 team refused to sit idle during lockdown and has published her first book.

Food Bank Donation
Board24 are committed to not only helping our community but helping worthy causes. Regularly we have colleagues taking part in fundraisers, charity events or have charity events taking place in the office.

Ben Nevis Charity Walk
On the 15th of September, Robert Struthers, who is a Corrugator Operator on the Larkhall Nightshift, successfully completed a walk up Ben Nevis in aid of the Marie Curie Charity.

Preston Parade Donation
On June 22nd, Board24 Preston kindly donated sheet board to the Shepherd Lodge Nursery for their parade float to celebrate Lytham Club Day, a popular and fun day for the local area to help promote local businesses.

Sponsored Walk for Breast Care Awareness
On Sunday 9th of June, our Control Room Operator, Shaun Culpin, took part in a 5k sponsored walk at Winstanley House in Leicester. This is the annual ‘Butterfly Walk’ which raises money for Breast Care Awareness with the Leicester Hospitals Charity.

Wishes For Kids – Charity Run
On Sunday the 28th April almost 43,000 people ran the London Marathon in aid of charity. One of which was our FLT Driver, Dean Mills, who completed the Marathon in 4 hours and 7 minutes wearing a purple fairy costume.

Charity Matching Scheme
Board24 have successfully raised money for charity over many years in all sorts of different events and challenges. In July 2018, W&R Barnett Limited formalised a charity matching scheme, opening it to the employees of all the companies within the wider W&R Barnett Group.
