Teri Paterson is the focus of our latest Staff Profile. Teri is a Customer Service Administrator based in the offices at Board24, Larkhall. Teri began at Board24 in January 2016, gaining an immediate rapport with key customers.

Before Board24, Teri was a transport administrator for a logistics company, which was great experience providing her with excellent prior experience for Board24.

A normal day for a Customer Service Administrator at Larkhall includes processing orders, dealing with transportation, such as booking the loads for delivery. Then also processing and booking the purchase orders and credits. Teri can be known to do be doing a little bit of everything within the offices and no two days are ever the same.

Teri really enjoys getting positive feedback from customers: “It’s always nice when you can help a customer with a last-minute order, and you know it’s very much appreciated.” Teri tells us. “I’ve had some great memories here at Board24 so far but honestly got to say that the fondest memory for me so far has been the friendships I’ve made. I was a bit wary when I started as there is only 3 of us customer in customer service and both Elaine and Kirsty have been here for years so it was a bit daunting coming into that but the girls and everyone else here were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more lovely, I felt part of the family right away.”

Teri has an 8-year-old son who takes up most of her time with, either with football training or golf. Her and her husband enjoy watching his training sessions and cheering him on at games. Teri also spends a lot of time with her family, as well as going for meals and nights out with her friends and their children.
