Tom Elliott began his apprenticeship with Cases24 at our Coalville site 18 months ago and works as a Service Support, where he is mentored by Shawn Summerton, Operations Manager. His studies were through Loughborough College with onsite tuition, whilst he worked towards his Intermediate level apprentice in Improving Performance (Performing Manufacturing Operations) in Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies.

Tom works as a service support supplying ink, stereos and forms to all three casemakers, he is also responsible for the up keep of the new ink kitchen. He passed all of his modules with positive feedback from his tutor.
