Mark Caren, a team leader on Corrugator 1, is retiring after nearly 17 years loyal service at board 24 on Friday 23^rd. of July 2021.

Mark started his career operating Corrugator 2 on the dry end take off before he was promoted to team leader on corrugator 1 where he has worked ever since. He has been a contributing member of the team and has an excellent attendance record.

Mark is taking early retirement to move to Spain later this year with his wife Mel, the cats and dogs to be closer to his in-laws.  Retirement in the sun does sound idyllic.

Additionally, Graham Lee is also due to retire on the 23^rd. of July 2021. He plans to spend his retirement by the coast, where he has been renovating his retirement bungalow in Lancashire.

Graham started work on Corrugator 1 wet end double backer, moving onto Corrugator 2 wet end, before settling on the clamp trucks feeding the corrugator with paper. He has been a great asset to the company and valued member of staff. Both Mark and Graham will be missed by the team, and we cannot thank them enough for their contribution over the years and sincerely wish them both all the very best for a long and happy retirement.
