A Step Up for Elaine Wilson

Board24 are pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine Wilson to the position of Customer Services Manager at Larkhall.

Elaine has worked at Larkhall for almost 25 years, offering great first impressions to all customers while cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

Elaine has been an integral part of the company’s growth, helping both the company’s new and existing accounts grow and expand. With Elaine’s experience and knowledge of all aspects of the business, this promotion was a natural transition within the business.

Even though she has only taken on this new role recently, she has already started to find her feet. Her new role will focus on the significance of strong relationships with the customers and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

Gordon MacArthur, Sales Director, commented, “I know how dedicated Elaine is about meeting the requirements of our customers. She takes pride in her work, has built up excellent relationships and sets the standards required.”

Elaine thoroughly enjoys working for Board24, not only for the ease of commuting to and from work but the friendship between her and her colleagues who all get along so well. She further stated, “It feels a little like my second home after working here so long.

Every weekend you will find Elaine on the sidelines cheering on her son, Aidan and his football team – much to his embarrassment. She enjoys socialising and is making up for lost time spent with family and friends. She also likes going on holiday (who doesn’t?) and is aiming to travel to a sunny destination soon.
