This summer has seen the delivery of a successful installation at our Coalville site to support our Cases24 operations.

The new Mosca Saturn S6 Automatic Rotary Ring Stretch Wrapper has upgraded the finished-goods materials-handling line.

“This addition complements our existing stretch wrapper and gives our Cases24 team more than double the capacity to ensure our finished goods line is as efficient as possible and facilitates an increase in customer demand for wrapped rather than strapped pallets to protect the product.”

The Saturn S6 is a high-performance pallet wrapping solution, ideally suited to the corrugated industry. Capable of wrapping up to 120 pallets per hour, the load remains static through the wrapping process, protecting products and enabling more efficient operations.

Ideally suited to high-output corrugated packaging plants, the Saturn S6 integrates seamlessly with the existing Mosca pallet press at our Coalville site. Together, the system provides highly efficient, automated pallet strapping and wrapping, delivering optimal load stability and product protection while minimising stretch-wrap consumption and energy use.

The result is a more effective and sustainable end-of-line process that reduces waste and CO₂ emissions, helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals without compromising operational performance.
