In conjunction with Hi-tech Products, Board24 have installed a new ink kitchen at the Coalville site, allowing the team to mix inks on-site and manage ink usage efficiently.

The ink kitchen has been housed in a purpose built structure within the factory and to welcome its new arrival members of staff took a poll to name it Spectro Cube.

With the installation of a fully automatic ink kitchen brings great benefits: reduction in stock levels; ensures on-shade colour repeatability; fast, precise, batch-to-batch consistency; just-in-time, right-first-time mixing and a cleaner, safer workplace.
