Board24’s twitter account has recently celebrated its 5^th anniversary. @Board24 set up its account in 2012 and since then has shared nearly 800 tweets and more than 200 photos and videos with its 650+ followers.

Since the account was started Board24 has increased its presence, achieving a gradual increase of followers and visitors; sharing company news, announcements and product developments. A number of tweets have generated interest, in particular articles on Preston’s £11m investment project, UK Packaging Awards nominations and industry accreditations.

The use of twitter allows people to stay connected with the world with ‘up to the minute’ news, whilst Board24 does not operate in what is perceived as a fast paced industry, it does allow its customers and stakeholders the chance to keep in touch with what Board24 are doing as a business and how the company continues to develop, invest and grow.

Board24 also has an account for @Cases24, which is a specifically dedicated trade supplier of volume glued cases. Board24’s Twitter account was one of the company’s first inroads into social networking, to which later were added LinkedIn and Instagram.
