As part of our continued commitment to excellent customer service, our team has launched an ongoing customer service survey.
For all customers, who we communicate with via email, we ask, and indeed encourage you, to complete the short survey which will take just a few seconds.
This will help us to ensure our targets are being delivered, and to tackle any challenges you face immediately.
We ask that you rate the interaction you had with our team as either Excellent, Good, Average, Poor and Very Poor. If it’s rated other than Excellent or Good, we’ll be in touch to discuss why. If it’s excellent, then we thank you and are pleased we got it right.
