Meg Fletcher joined our team earlier this year and is one of the current newbies!

However, whilst she may be new to Board24, she’s certainly not new to the packaging industry having spent eleven years in various roles.

Most recently she was National Account Manager at Lil Packaging, and prior to that, she was Sales Office Manager at Macfarlane Manufacturing in Grantham.

On joining our team Meg commented; “I’m genuinely passionate about the customer experience and committed to adding value for both the customer and the business.

“I found my interview process engaging, and it confirmed how much I wanted to work for a company whose ethics and values align closely with my own.”

In her role Meg will build strong customer partnerships, understand their needs and help grow accounts by identifying new opportunities.

With focuses on improving the customer experience, adding value, solving problems and working closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, the role also involves planning, forecasting and supporting overall business growth.

Meg added; “I’ve settled in very well and am looking forward to continually learning and growing in the role, both personally and professionally and making a positive impact on the people around me.”

Meg is a self‑confessed crazy dog lady and loves nothing more than getting out for a good dog walk.

When she’s not at work, she loves a holiday to rest and recharge, and she treasures spending time with my family and friends. Currently she is wedding planning for the big day later this year.
