We are delighted to announce the launch of the Board24 Leadership Development Program. As a new program we are running a trial of Phase 1 which is a 4 module program for Team Leaders at Coalville.

We have defined what skills a Board24 Leader should have and this has driven the content of the program alongside Health & Safety, Lean and in-house people processes training which will be managed alongside this program. Following feedback through the Colleague Survey and We Make It Safe workshops, we are making a significant investment and commitment to provide development to all our leaders which in turn will offer career development opportunities.

We have plans for additional phases covering further people skills once we have established and delivered Phase 1 for the majority of Board24 Team Leaders. The Development is being delivered by Beyond Theory – who specialise in leadership and management development within manufacturing environments.
