Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Board24 Ltd is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We have developed, and continue to develop, processes to identify breaches of human rights, including slavery and human trafficking, in our supply chain.
We are a leading manufacturer of corrugated sheet board and glued cases. We are a part of the Logson Group, and our ultimate parent company is W.&R. Barnett Ltd, which has its head office in Northern Ireland.
We have 360 employees based at Coalville, Preston and Larkhall, and an annual turnover of £147 million per annum.
Our supply chains include: paper, starch, pallets, haulage, and energy. The majority of our purchases are from the UK and countries within the EEA. We do not trade with countries which are the subject of sanctions or embargoes imposed by either the United Nations or the UK government.
We have developed training for our staff on the issue of modern slavery within our supply chains and business. We are committed to addressing modern slavery and ensuring ethical compliance, and have developed policies which reflect the values we adhere to as a business. This are made available within our staff handbook, and includes a provision to address a safe mechanism for whistle blowing.
