Matt, a first aider and fire marshal, said ” The job is different everyday, and I really enjoy that aspect. It’s great to be able to come to work and work with friends and be support the staff so we can all hit our targets. Board24 has given me the ability to build a life, buy a house and get married, and supported me through every role.’

Ed Scobie, Production Manager said; “Matthew has been with us for over 6 years, first starting on the dry end of corrugator one before further continuing his development at both the corrugator wet end and the reel stores. This strong development pathway along with his can-do attitude has taken him now into the role of Production Team Leader on corrugator one, where he first started with us.’

Displaying his can-do attitude, Matt recently took part in our Walk All Over Cancer challenge walking 10,000 steps everyday.

Matt added; “When I’m not at work I enjoy long walks with my wife and Dalmatian, Poppy. With my dog being a puppy she takes up a lot of my free time. I am also a season ticket holder with Leicester City Football Club where I am a life long fan, and have enjoyed the highs and lows for many seasons.”
