Board24 have been nurturing more talented students to achieve hands on industry skills through apprenticeship schemes. The Coalville site currently has six apprentices working across the business, developing their professional skills and experience.
The company appreciates the significant benefits that apprenticeships create, not only in terms of developing highly skilled employees, but also an excellent way of training and developing people to give them the skills and qualities they need for the future.
Board24 have engaged in the current apprentice scheme with Loughborough College since 2014. The scheme involves working within a department of the business, combined with day release for study at a local collage. Each apprentice is assigned a mentor within the business to offer support not only in their role but also with their studies.
Our current apprentices are;

Richard McBride, Board24 Managing Director, commented; “We are really pleased to have young people within our business; who will grow their skills, experience and careers, while supporting a number of areas across the business.
