We are delighted to share that three of our apprentices have completed their formal apprenticeship qualifications and retained their jobs within the business.

Abby Melling, Noah Butler and Oliwier Kryszczenko have completed their Level 3 Apprenticeships in Business Administration and have applied their training in three different roles within the business.

Abby works as a Transport Administrator in Despatch at our Preston site whilst Noah works as a Data Analyst in the Planning Department at our Coalville site. Oliwier is also based at our Coalville site and is our Transport Administrator.

All completed their qualifications with GFTS through East Sussex College.

Claire Butler, Head of HR, Board24 commented; “Our warmest congratulations go to Abby, Noah and Oliwier for completing their apprenticeships with us.

“They have worked very hard and it has been lovely to see them grow in confidence and skills as they have completed their formal training but also the training delivered by their supervisors and colleagues pertaining to their specific roles and the business.

“We wish them all every success in their future careers with us.”

Apprenticeships form a key part of the training and development plan at Board24 and have proven to be very successful in training young people to establish careers with us.

Originally established in 2023 seventeen apprentices have completed their training with the business with a further nine still underway.

Claire concluded; “Apprenticeships are proving to be very valuable to our business and the long-term succession planning by attracting young people into a business that offers so many diverse career opportunities.

“We look forward to recruiting our next apprentices in due course and helping more people to earn whilst they learn and begin a career with us.”
