On the 14^th of November Board24 Coalville hosted a Bake Sale to raise money for Children in Need. Members of staff came together to bake an assortment of treats for the office which were sold off for generous donations, to not only other staff members, but also to customers and suppliers who were visiting for a factory tour and our Lab Workshops.

Children in Need provides grants to projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged – they currently support over 3,000 local charities and projects in communities across the UK.

The Children in Need Appeal Night takes place every year in November, which is an evening of entertainment by well-known celebrities to raise money for this great cause. This time of year, offices and schools alike as also known to take part in different activities to do their part to help raise money for this worthy cause.

Thank you to all staff who were able to bring in their delicious baked goods and to everyone who made a donation. A special thanks to Board24 who agreed to match the amount that the staff were able to raise.
