High Volume Cases and how we support our customers

Share

Manufacturing high volume cases for the trade is what we do, and we are proud to work with some fantastic customers across the UK and beyond.

But if you’re new to the industry and wonder what we do that could support you and your business, here’s a quick overview.

  • For our Cases24 team, high volume means the job run length exceeds 5,000m2 . This helps to maintain maximum production efficiencies and support those customers that want quantities of cases to support high volume production or packing lines.
  • We produce them in one, two, or three colour print on our four case makers, machines which are ideally suited to the job and produce hundreds of thousands of boxes a day.
  • We offer a wide range of FEFCO boxes that help our customers to ensure products transit through the supply chain without damage or challenge, minimising product returns and protecting brand reputations.
  • We offer a range of print capabilities with 49 LPI (lines per inch) giving the highest definition possible for that image.
  • 6 pt text and lines are the smallest size we produce to still give clarity of print.
  • Our machines are also able to flood print.
  • We offer hand holes, and these can either be fully cut or hinged depending upon customer requirements and specification.
  • We have a number of perforation options available, tailored to suit shelf ready (SRP) and retail ready (RRP) packaging and ecommerce solutions.

Alex Morris, Managing Director, Coalville commented; “Our capabilities are many and varied and our years of experience, expertise, and market leading machinery places us as a preferred packaging partner to many high-profile customers in the UK, with both UK and global operations.

“Our dedicated sales team work with both our existing and potential new customers to ensure the best possible cases solution is specified, and to support business operations as required in terms of palletisation, stock and delivery.”
