Our Senior Leadership Team co-ordinates our operations across all three Board24 sites; Coalville, Preston and Larkhall.

Having decades of industry experience between them, the team are responsible for not only the day-to-day operations, but also shaping the strategic future of the business, the part it plays in the industry, and also in the Logson Group.

The team is headed up by Dominic Drew, Group Managing Director. Dominic joined the business in March 2020 and has over 30 years career history in the corrugated packaging sector.

Dan McConnell, Group Finance Director also has a career background in the corrugated sector and joined the team in September 2021.

Karl Mason, Group Operations Director, who is based at our Preston site joined the team in June 2022. He has worked in the packaging sector for over 20 years and is tasked with developing the operational performance and strategy of the group to support ongoing growth.

Alex Morris is the longest serving member of the Senior Leadership and joined the business 14 years ago. His current role is Managing Director of the Coalville site which encompasses both Board24 and Cases24.

As the business continued to grow and prosper and it became necessary to employ more people, it was also necessary to appoint a dedicated Head of HR. Judith Chadwick, has been with the business a little over a year, and has a career background in providing HR direction for a range of sectors including several businesses in manufacturing.

Martin Birch is General Manager at our Preston site and looks after the day-to-day operations at Preston as well as shaping the strategic direction of the business, its growth plans, its team, and its future.

Dominic Drew commented; “We have a very driven, focused, commercially aware team that is ideally placed to deliver the continued success of Board24 across all its sites.

“2023 has been an excellent year for the business and we are already looking forward to another new chapter in our history as our new Scotland site, Eurocentral, opens early in 2024.”
