Long time Board24 employee Angela Webster has just celebrated 20 years working at the company.

Angela started her career as a PA to the Director, moving on to a H&S Safety role with NEBOSH certification, before finding her home within the customer services team. Angela become customer services Team Leader in 2004 and has developed her role over time with an expanding team and growing accounts.

After 20 years it is clear Angela likes working for Board24 and has enjoyed her time at the company progressing through the business, understanding different areas of the business from H&S, operations to customer services. She comments; “I like working amongst a diverse customer service team, dealing with customers on a daily basis getting to know them and their business. Board24 is a good company to work for with a good management team.”

As the customer services Team Leader Angela is responsible for managing and developing the team, proactively developing customer relationships, optimising customer OTIF expectancy and authorising new specifications, amongst other duties.

Over the years Angela has enjoyed watching the company progress and develop its operations and is excited to see how the company will continue to progress in the coming years, not only on the sheet side of things but also the cases operations.

Outside of work Angela is a dab hand in the kitchen after previously working as a chef, she enjoys cooking and baking, so if you need any recipe tips you know who to ask!
