Staff Profile – Jenny Willars

This month’s staff profile features Jenny Willars, a Customer Service Administrator who joined Board24 in May 2021.

Before joining Board24, Jenny previously worked in a variety of customer service roles within the Travel Industry. These roles included Airline Ticket Sales at Heathrow Airport, Reservations Sales agent for a tour operator and a Travel advisor. She also worked at an Engineering Company with roles that covered Sales, Quality Control and Administration.

Jenny’s daily responsibilities include coordinating with other departments and handling day-to-day accounts. In addition to processing orders, Jenny handles customer queries and sets up new case specifications, which require artwork requests and approvals. Jenny is especially grateful to be part of such an amazing and supportive team.

As a fun, bubbly member of the Board24 customer service team, Jenny enjoys the variety that the role brings as no two days are the same. Jenny’s dedication to Board24’s customer base, reliability and attention to detail has been consistently high leading her to be a highly valued member of the team. Showing great qualities like his mother, Reggie has been providing H&S support during his internship with Board24.

Aside from talking to customers at work, she enjoys quality time with her family and creating memories on vacation with them. Jenny is a keen horse rider and rides as frequently as she can; previously owning a thoroughbred ex racehorse called Happy Valley, also known as Envie.

An interesting fact about Jenny is that she once met Richard Branson. It’s not often you bump into a British billionaire, entrepreneur, and business magnate.
