Long time Board24 employee Louise McAree has been promoted to Business Development Analyst. Louise started her career with Board24 as a dispatch clerk back in 1993, nine years later Louise moved to the customer service team, where she worked until Oct last year.

After 21 years it is clear Louise likes working for Board24 and is now relishing the tasks of her new role as Business Development Analyst. Louise was ready for a new challenge and this role was the perfect opportunity. Louise commented; “it’s a fair company to work for, you get out what you put in. I enjoyed working with the customer services team, but now enjoying working independently and pushing myself to understand a different aspect of the business and make a difference through my own hard work.”

Despite it only being a short desk move up the office, Louise will continue to work alongside Alex Morris, focusing customer feedback, monitoring hit rates and margin – combined with being the point of contact for prices. Louise will be working on the development, analysis and dissemination of all case sales and productivity reports and customised analytics.

Louise has been a valued employee of Board24 and has proved herself to be hardworking and conscientious within a busy office. Her previous roles mean that she understands the operations and aspirations of Board24 more than anyone and is best placed to continue to develop within the business.
