Board24 is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Jones to team leader on Corrugator 2. 

Initially Tom applied for a role as Reelstore Team Leader but was unsuccessful. Despite this, the interviewing panel were very impressed with his presentation during the interview process. Instead, Corrugator 2 offered him a position on an apprenticeship scheme. He has now replaced Robert Woods on Corrugator 2 after only 6 months training.

Tom has been working for the company for 18months, but still had a lot to learn on his journey. We are confident that Tom will further build on the current skill set within his position and continue to be an asset to the company.
