The team at B&P (Leicester) – one of our sister companies –  are big supporters of the cities YMCA and most recently, they provided 75 specially designed ‘sleep out’ boxes for a charity sleep out at Leicester City King Power Stadium.

We were delighted to support them by supplying the board to manufacture the person sized boxes at their Leicester site before they were delivered to the football ground for the fundraising event.

Gregor Troup, Managing Director, Boxes and Packaging (Leicester) commented; “This is a great event and well done to everyone who took part and helped to raise funds for this amazing charity that does so much for young people in our community.

“We look forward to supporting them throughout the year with other events they have planned.”

Established in the 1800’s Leicestershire YMCA help young people from across the county who have no safe place to call home.

This year’s sleep out event is expected to raise over £20,000 which will help to support more young people to set up a home of their own and take the small steps required to move on from challenging circumstances or relationships.
