Currently in Coalville as Interim Production Manager, Jordan Bridges is usually located in Preston as a Corrugator Team Leader.
Whilst in Coalville, Jordan oversees 5 shifts on 2 corrugators, pallet line and the reel stores. Jordan is being kept busy – he’s involved in several projects including corrugator improvement and waste reduction. Jordan commented, “I’m enjoying my time at Coalville, I feel welcome and part of the team.”

Jordan started at Board 24 in 2014, working on the wet end of Corrugator 3. He was part of the team on the first shift when Corrugator 4 started running in 2015. From there, Jordan went into the control room on Corrugator 4 and then the Corrugator 3 control room.
Through hard work, accountability and drive, in 2022 Jordan progressed to the position of Team Leader. For anyone thinking about progressing into a Team Leader role at Board24, Jordan advises ‘Always keep your focus’.
Jordan’s worked hard to develop himself by fully committing to the training programmes offered to him.

Outside of work, Jordan has a great social life. He said “I love going to gigs and festivals. I listen to a lot of heavy metal. I follow most sport, big into rugby and football. Wales in the rugby, Manchester United in football –unfortunately.”
