Working with The Printing Charity

Share

We are delighted to be working with The Printing Charity, the only dedicated charity for people in the print sector.

We’ve found it complements our in-house Employee Assistance Programme and our commitment to wellbeing and mental health.

The services offered by the charity include services for both colleagues and businesses and covers practical, emotional, and financial assistance to help navigate life challenges.

Formerly known as the Printers’ Charitable Corporation that charity was founded in 1827 by George and Charles Searle and their employer, John King, an independent printer, in the Kings Head Tavern in Poultry, London.

It’s amazing history, of almost 200 years, which makes it one of the oldest benevolent charities in the UK.

Judith Chadwick, Head of HR, Board24 commented; “The services that this charity offers is perfectly aligned with our own wellbeing commitment and was another way in which colleagues could access services that may help them when they need it most.

“Combined with other services and support networks that we offer and that have been created we are proud to be an employer that has our team members wellbeing at the forefront of our activities and operations.
