On January 3, 2023, Board24 welcomed Martin Birch as General Manager of Preston Site, bringing with him extensive experience in the packaging industry . With years of experience in label printing, Martin is poised to lead the Preston team and build on what has already been accomplished by Board24’s Preston team.

Logson Group is delighted to welcome Frank Hay as Group Technical Director. Frank joins the business to support all group companies with industry technical, operational and project management leadership as it continues to invest in its equipment, procedures, and business portfolio.

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Board24 Leadership Development Program. As a new program we are running a trial of Phase 1 which is a 4 module program for Team Leaders at Coalville.

Currently, Board24 has 6 apprentices, with 3 more apprentices starting at the end of January. We are committed to growing our investment in apprenticeships right across the group.

Craig Saunders joined Board24 in March 2022, as a fitter in the maintenance team at Coalville. Before working here, he spent 10 years serving with the Royal Engineers in the British Army. Despite being a fitter in the military, the types of work he was doing prior to starting at Board24 were quite different. He found himself working around the world in a wide variety of environments.

We are delighted to share that Laura Stanaway has passed her Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. Laura joined Board24 in June 2021 and works with the Business Development Team at Coalville, supporting Cases24. We will continue to support Laura’s development in her new role as Business Development Administrator starting in January.
